The Dining Room GLENORCHY

The restaurant helmed by chef Pete Gawron at The Headwaters Eco Lodge is now offering the boutique lodge’s dining experience to non-guests. Pete creates his seasonal garden-to-table meals using produce from the lodge’s organic gardens and fresh ingredients from the area’s growers and producers, then pairs them with premium wines, many of which are local. Meredith Marsone Gallery & Studio FOXTON

Artist Meredith Marsone has opened a large studio and gallery space in Foxton after painting and exhibiting locally and internationally. The gallery has a “dramatic and moody” but intimate feel, featuring household furniture, while the studio is light and functional.
