Phillip and Nora Blackburne’s Embra restaurant serves modern Kiwi cuisine made using French and British techniques. The decor, by Trace Beaumont Orr from Decor Design, is warm and welcoming, featuring colours “inspired by a lush woodland”, with deep forest green, touches of gold and accents of light wood colours and textures.
