Kimchi Hot Dogs

Frankfurters, hot dog buns, kimchi, tasty cheese, crispy fried shallots, coriander

Fry 4 frankfurters in oil until brown. Cut 4 hot dog buns lengthwise and place 3 tablespoons of kimchi in each bun. Add 1 frankfurter per bun and top with 2 tablespoons shredded tasty cheese, 1 teaspoon crispy fried shallots and freshly chopped coriander. Serves 4
