Kimchi Patatas Bravas

Vegetable oil, potatoes, sea salt flakes, kimchi, Kewpie mayonnaise, chilli powder, parsley

Heat approx 300ml vegetable oil in a deep pot or wok. Add 5 medium agria potatoes (washed, peeled and diced) in small batches and fry for 5-6 minutes or until golden. Drain the oil; set potatoes aside on a paper towel-covered plate. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sea salt flakes over potatoes and mix well. Serve with kimchi, Kewpie mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon chilli powder and 1 tablespoon chopped parsley. Serves 4 as a side dish
