Tahini & Chocolate Chip Blondies

Tahini, soft brown sugar, butter, salt, eggs, plain flour, baking soda, dark chocolate chips

In a bowl, whisk together ¾ cup tahini, 1½ cups firmly packed sugar, 75g melted butter, a pinch of salt and 2 eggs. Stir in 1½ cups flour, ¼ teaspoon baking soda and ¼ cup chocolate chips. Spread mixture into a paper-lined 17 x 27cm slice tin. Sprinkle surface with a few more chocolate chips. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until firm but still a little gooey inside. Cool then cut into squares. Makes 15
